I’m Aya, a full spectrum doula devoted to supporting families in Greater Vancouver through the profound transitions of fertility, pregnancy, labour, and early postpartum.

Birth is a doorway: a time when people are transformed physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I believe families deserve care that honours both the wisdom of the body and the complexity of the modern health care system. I support families as they step into this new season of life.

My approach weaves together evidence-based practices, somatic awareness, herbalism, and holistic approaches.

I am guided by traditional postpartum practices, including Asian and Mexican traditions, while honouring each family’s own culture, values, and needs.
